Deadline extended! Now Accepting Applications through August 12th!

We are thrilled to officially be accepting applications for young adults to participate as Members in our 1-year Conservation Career Workforce Development Program, as part of the Working Lands Climate Corps, a program of Americorps.  We are looking to fill 20 trainee (2-days/week) and 3 coordinator (3-days/week) positions.

Members will be granted a monthly living allowance and are eligible to receive a higher education award upon completion of the program.

Attendance is required at two "mini conservation boot camps":  one week in October (Oct 1-9) in Vermont and one week in February (TBD) on the Virgin Islands. Travel expenses are covered by the program.

By the conclusion of the program, Members will have the opportunity to become Certified Conservation Planners, a certification that is accepted in all U.S. states and territories.

Review the job descriptions and apply by filling out the form below. Please upload your resume detailing your education and work experience, as well as a cover letter describing your interest in pursuing a career in conservation agriculture.  Please note these are not full time positions - preference will be given to local community members.
